WOW. I honestly did not expect the experience to be this good.
Piper from Empire Elite & Co went above and beyond. From the moment she arrived, I could tell I was dealing with someone who actually CARES about the work she puts her name on.
She caught things I never would have noticed myself and took the time to walk me through everything. No rushing, no attitude, no trying to make me feel pressured into anything.
The biggest thing for me was the peace of mind afterward. I knew the job had been taken seriously and done the right way.

Piper is an awesome, hard working electrician with many years of experience. Extremely hard working and she did a great job upgrading our electrical panels which was a big job. One thing we found questionable was the payment in full prior to any work being done. This was demanded from her partner who doesn’t perform any of the work. We paid in full only because Piper seemed very reputable but we shared our feelings about this not being how any professional business should do business.

We hired Empire Elite for a larger electrical project and couldn’t be happier with the result.
The whole process was handled professionally. Piper was responsive, showed up prepared, walked us through what needed to be done, and kept us informed throughout the project. There was a lot involved with our job, so having someone who actually took the time to explain things made a huge difference.

Really happy with my experience with Empire Elite & Co.
Piper was great from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, and actually took the time to explain what she was doing instead of rushing through the job.
I appreciated how thorough she was and how she paid attention to the small details. Everything was cleaned up afterward too, which I always appreciate.
