I cannot say enough good things about this company and the service I received from Piper. I originally reached out because I thought I needed to upgrade my electrical service to a 200 amp system. Another company came out, gave me a quote, and immediately started pushing me to move forward before I was ready. My experience with Piper was completely different. She came out, took the time to actually listen to my concerns, and walked through my entire home with me. She asked questions about why I thought I needed the upgrade, what I was adding to my home, and where my extra appliances would be located. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need, Piper was honest and explained that my current electrical system was working properly and that an upgrade was unnecessary. She checked everything, looked over my setup, and helped me understand exactly what I needed and didn’t need. She even took the time to explain how to check my garage. After checking, I found that everything was already set up correctly, meaning I didn’t need any work done at all. Piper drove out, spent her time to give me a free estimate. She could have easily recommended an expensive upgrade, but instead she put the customer first and gave me honest advice. That kind of integrity is rare. Piper was excellent. I won’t call anyone else to do my electrical from here on out and I will be recommending Piper to the rest of my community. She was very punctual, honest, and courteous. Walked me through all the options and what work would need to be completed - very thorough and patient. I was doing the low voltage led wiring and she helped it come to life. Couldn’t be happier! Don’t sleep on hiring a woman electrician and a woman owned business!!
