I've know Piper for yesrs and this Woman is the most hardworking Woman I know and no wy would she recommend something someone wouldn't need unless their cheap homeowners or listen to inexperienced 3rd party electricians/handyman!
Shes the bet and our main electricians go to since my dad was an electrician shes been doing this for way to long!!!!
My panel had many issues and I don't want to be that person to let it rot when I know this was the original panel and I know this is why I had many issues in my home. Thank you Piper for making me feel safe again

I told him and it was emergency and they took care of my electrical problem right away. It made me feel heard and important and as a woman I really appreciate it Piper and her advice and knowledge and she got my electrical up and working again and I don?t care what anyone says I love lock in specials especially when it saves you money and no one?s gonna convince me of no quick fixes. I know there?s some cheap people out here but that?s not me. I want to take care of my home and safety. Unlike a lot of other people.
I appreciated the great work and she made me feel comfortable and safe again, thank you, Piper!

We’re so happy we decided to replace our original, outdated electrical panel! We were having issues with the neutrals, and Empire Elite took the time to properly troubleshoot the panel, take readings, and explain exactly what they found instead of simply telling us we needed an upgrade.
We had another electrician tell us a new panel wasn’t necessary, but after seeing the actual readings and having our home inspector agree that the panel was outdated and needed attention, we felt confident making the right decision.
We’re so glad we chose a company that doesn’t believe in shortcuts. Empire Elite took the time to explain everything, answer our questions, and make safety the priority. Our new panel gives us tremendous peace of mind. We’re extremely happy with the work and highly recommend Empire Elite to anyone who wants the job done properly and safely!

Piper,
We need to get together as soon as possible to get my $1,500 returned. Since you did not return my previous call, and you have changed your phone number.
I had 2 certified electricians (as my bank recommended) look at the problem and they both agreed that I do not need a new fuse box. [Hearsay redacted]. You made me feel afraid of potential fire if a new fuse box was not installed. And you used an aggressive approach to get me to put down half the cost of your estimate.
The the invoice you gave me us bogus. The contact name on it is Dyana doing businesses Empire Elite and Co.
When I called her number to cancel, she said she had no knowledge of this company and had never been a part of the company, although the invoice states she is the sole authorized payee and the only party authorized to issue or approve this invoice. Her signature is not on the contract you gave me. See part 2

WOW. I honestly did not expect the experience to be this good.

Piper is an awesome, hard working electrician with many years of experience. Extremely hard working and she did a great job upgrading our electrical panels which was a big job. One thing we found questionable was the payment in full prior to any work being done. This was demanded from her partner who doesn’t perform any of the work. We paid in full only because Piper seemed very reputable but we shared our feelings about this not being how any professional business should do business.
