I had thought after Josh's first visit that I finally found the alarm company that is able to do the necessary repair to my 40 year old hard wired system. I had him out 2 more times after the 1st visit. He changed the contacts on zone 6, all seemed well. Then zone 6 acted up again, he corrected that. Now zone 3 started acting up, so I called Josh again. He seemed hesitant on the phone this time, saying something about the wires or something. Anyway it has been a couple of months now or longer, that is the last I heard from Josh. So no, I cannot recommend Josh or his company WIRED ALARM &; PROTECTION.

Josh is great to work with. Very responsive and he approaches jobs the way he would if it was his own property.

We had a alarm installed using Josh Portell of Wired Ways. Our install went without any problems, Josh was a pleasure to speak with and did his job in a professional manner. We did have a small problem after the install and I was able to contact Josh and he responded back to our house and fixed the problem without hesitation
