They were on time and did very good work. Knowledgeable!

I reviewed the comments on Wired or Not and hired Jason to do some work. My intercom system was not working. It is a system that functions ad an intercom/radio/disc player and is available in all rooms and on the front and back porch. Jason charged me $195 to evaluate the system. His inhome evaluation indicated the system needed to be removed and serviced elsewhere. Jason took the system from my home. After 2 weeks I called Jason several times and he did not return my calls. I then called Jason from another number not associated with me and he answered promptly. Jason indicated that he had been out of town and could not return my calls. I asked him to return my system and my money and that I would find someone else to repair the system. Jason agreed to return my money by Monday 8/22/16. As of today, 8/26/16 Jason has not returned my money. There is a hole in the wall where Jason removed the system and the system is in two parts on the floor in my dining room. Such poor service from a person recommended by home advisor.

Jason came and put a cable from the attic into a bedroom. He was very professional, courtious, and most of all did not leave a message to be cleaned up. The cable works great and we will have them back to do other work in the near future. They get my highest rating.

We were extremely pleased with the level of service provided by this company. Jason was very knowledgeable and gave us a reasonable quote for the work we requested - mounting a TV and installing surveillance video cameras. The installer was professional and went the extra mile to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the work, and even did a few extra things without cost. I would highly recommend this company, and will call on them again, when needed.

All Pros contacted me with 2 hrs. Jason of Innovative Design was the best price and was able to get my work done (adding wiring that my builder did not provide in short turnaround between insulation phase and sheetrock). I plan to have Innovative Design do additional work when I get in the house.

They showed up when they said they would, provided an estimate in a reasonable time frame, did the agreed upon work, and were friendly to work with.
