An excellent professional...who knows his business. Very easy to schedule appointment. On-time and highly efficient in his work activity. Great trouble shooting ability. Identified my problem quickly....explained the problem and fixed it. He fixed my 4 home phones quickly. His cost quote on the phone was exactly what he charged me. I will request his expertise again if I have a phone problem. Good communicator and a nice person to work with.
