Lastly, per Wire to Wire?s Terms & Policies, we never do any work without talking to the client first, ensuring everyone is well-informed, which includes following the Home Owners instructions for parking; this information is notated on the Work Order and given to every staff member prior to the job to ensure the Home Owners request for specific parking, such as this case, is followed by the Wire to Wire employee assigned to that particular Work Order."

Providing great customer service and high caliber of craftsmanship is always top priority for Wire to Wire, which is why Wire to Wire has a great referral source of specialized professionals. As such the case here, during the walk thru of the Estimate the Master Electrician met with Robert?s partner (Robert was not at Estimate), and explained about the Electrical processes involved to do the work, which included making holes in the wall as well as providing a referral to the appropriate professional for ?Patchwork & Painting?. As the Estimate came to an end Robert arrived, however the Master Electrician was able to briefly discuss the Estimate with Robert, which included informing both Robert and his partner they were receiving an ?Estimated amount? and if any issues come up during the work order causing changes in ?time? or ?materials? needed, as per Wire to Wire?s policy, the Master Electrician would not proceed further with any work until approved by Robert and/or his partner first. A list of Wire to Wire?s Terms & Policies are provided with every Estimate and Invoice."
