Micah was fast to respond. He came out and determined I needed a new garage door opener which is what I expected. He found one for me and was prompt at setting up a time to install it. He showed up and got it done. He is really nice and went the extra mile to make sure all was working well. I felt the cost was totally fair. I highly recommend Wisconsin Garage Doors.

Garage door was fixed and it cost much less than we had expected. He was quite knowledgeable and repair the door as we had discussed. Good customer service I would hire again and if I do buy a new garage door he will certainly be consulted first .

I had a sensor problem with one of my garage doors. The door would stop half way down. I had the door fixed the same day I called. A very professional business person. I will use this company for every problem that I have in the future!

Came and did estimate, gave me options for best fix to a more economical fix. Had everything in his truck to do the fix right there so I did not have to do a call back. Explained things. And very nice person to boot.

Micah was professional showed as expected and completed the work as discussed. I did point out 2 things that were a concern, door closed with small jerks on way down (he blamed this on the DIY materials not being commercial and keyless entry was not programmed to new closer (he claimed I needed a new one because it was not compatible I did get it programmed myself without buying a new one! Problems came 2 days later when door failed to close because it was bound up. when I called him he basically said sorry and offered no help or to stop out and adjust correctly. Problem stems from rushing the work so quickly he failed to assure the install would last or was solid. very disappointed since I had already called several people to recommend. hehe reads this and at least fixes the problem I will re-review, as of right now I feel my review has been generous!

The owner came from Blue Mounds through a raging snowstorm and installed my new garage door opener. He could not have been nicer. Customer satisfaction was obviously a priority.

Micah called for an appointment to meet and was there right on time. It was of the coldest days of the year so far. Micah examined the project, gave a couple of options and costs on how to correct the problem, and then had me make the decission on how to handle it. When I expected him to schedule an appoint to do the work, he said that he should have it done in a couple of hours. Within a 2 hour period all the work was completed and my door has NEVER worked well as it does now. I am COMPLETELY happy with the work product, the speed at which he did it and the no hassle, no high sales pressure attitude. I will highly recommend him to friends that need similar assistance.

Great customer service, Richard had actually showed up earlier than expected and completed a full inspection before starting the work. His inspection found some other parts needed replacing which I would not have known by myself so he probably saved me from needing more garage door maintenance unexpectedly. This was the only reason why my total bill was more than the quote on the phone, but was expecting to find other things to replace since my garage door is over 30 years old. I highly recommend this company to people looking to get their garage door problems resolved in one visit.
