Jody was up front and extremely easy to work with! We love our new windows as they replaced the original ones from 1961. Nate did our install and he rocked it! Thank you both for a fantastic experience from start to finish. If you need new windows from a professional company, give Jody a call.

Jody Anderson was the only person willing to help me with my cracked window pane. He went way above and beyond the call of duty. He was willing to come out on Saturday, just before we got the 4.9 inches of snow. I only wish I would of known Jody before. He has such knowledge and does excellent work, I can never "Thank" him enough, Every company I called was out weeks to months out, but Jody came out ASAP. I would highly recommend Jody to everyone. Thank heaven there are still people who really care. Great service is really hard to come by theses days.

I had 12 windows installed in 2015. I was quoted for full frame windows and one large bay window was installed without a nailing flange. Six windows show what looks like water damage on the walls under the windows and nobody is willing to return a call or email regarding this issue. I believe the windows were sized too small causing the windows to leak air. I have several other contractors involved now assessing the install and damage to my walls.

After having met with a few window contractors for my home window replacement project, I chose to go with Wisconsin Window Pros. I initially met with Jody (Director of Sales) and he did a very detailed review of their windows â specifically pointing out the various aspects of the windows construction and benefits. He presented by far, the most informative technical information of all of the contractors that I had met with. I ordered the windows and they arrived in a reasonable time period. I worked closely with their installer (who communicated frequently and was attentive to my needs) through the next and final stages of the project. I scheduled my installation on a Saturday. The crew arrived as scheduled and completed the project around their estimated completion time. I was impressed that Jody took the time (on a Saturday) to stop by my house and check in with me on the progress of the installation. Overall, the windows look great and Iâ m happy that I selected Wisconsin Window Pros.

I gave them a down payment in early Oct 2019 of $4500 and still have no date for install, nor do they return my calls. I was originally told the windows would be installed within 3 months. I have requested my down payment back! They seem very shady and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We hired WWP to replace all the windows in our home last September. It is now May, and the windows performed beautifully over the long and cold winter. We could not be more pleased. We are building and addition and have asked WWP to provide the new windows for that. Thank you!
