Our kitchen remodel was about $30,000, and they completed everything in just 3 weeks without sacrificing quality. They were punctual, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The workmanship is outstanding, the cabinets, countertops, backsplash, lighting, flooring, and every finishing detail came together beautifully.

Dave provided my wife and me a quote for renovations, and once we agreed, he began the demolition work. The crew knocked down the walls and installed new sheetrock in both the kitchen and bathrooms. We also decided to cut down the sewer pipes and install new PVC pipes. During this process, the first incident occurred when his crew used the bathroom and flushed the toilet, which caused all the waste to flow into the basement due to the unconnected pipes. Dave assured us he would handle the situation, only for us to discover that he charged a purchase of Resolve to our credit card to address the issue. We gradually bought all the necessary materials using a credit card supplied by my wife, while I also went online to shop at stores like Home Depot and Mayfair. After a little over a month, he finished the upstairs bathroom. In the kitchen, he managed to install the cabinets in time for the countertops to be placed. However, while the kitchen sink was installed, the plumbing was not connected to the water supply. Likewise, the kitchen appliances were not hooked up: the dishwasher remained unconnected, the refrigerator was not installed, and the smart thermostat was never set up. Only the stove and the hood range were connected. After he installed the new PVC pipes, I ran the water for a few minutes to test the plumbing. Unfortunately, we experienced flooding in our basement. Water spilled out from our old sewer line, which had not been capped, as well as from the sewer clean-out and all the way upstairs where the kitchen plumbing was not connected. This flooding caused our wood floors in the kitchen to warp and damaged the basement, potentially leading to mold issues. I confronted Dave several times about helping us clean up and remove the damaged carpets, but he failed to show up for two weeks. Eventually, we decided to terminate his services and sought professional help from other contractors. We hired Poseidon Plumbing and have evidence of debris and blockages resulting from the work done by Wise Choice Construction LLC. Additionally, we had to pay for electrical and roofing professionals on top of the plumbing costs to rectify this unfortunate situation.

"[Member Name Removed] leave the clean out to the sewer open without notifying us and we was there working and the basement got flooded, [Member Information Removed] called him [Member Information Removed] noticed the flooding and he came and use the vacuum to dry up the basement the same day, [Member Information Removed] also noticed [Member Information Removed] pipe that was rotted and [Member Information Removed] showed it to his wife, Unice who had came to the property, [Member Information Removed] [Member Name Removed] came and saw the pipe he accused [Member Information Removed] of cutting the pipe which [Member Information Removed] have pictures. On one instant he called [Member Information Removed] and said [Member Information Removed] cut the wires to his hvac because it wasn't working, [Member Information Removed] the Hvac guy came in he realized that the issue wasn't caused by [Member Information Removed] or [Member Information Removed] team, [Member Name Removed] came to [Member Information Removed] and apologized. [Member Information Removed] have pictures of all the plumbing work that was done, he said we washed out paint brush that caused the 4 inch pipe to block , not possible, the pipe was corroded before we got there. [Member Name Removed] also commented on us being punctual, [Member Information Removed] am at the house sometime as early as 6:30am working until 8 pm, one day there was [Member Information Removed] delivery, they arrived at 6:45am and [Member Information Removed] was there to let in the delivery. [Member Name Removed] complained about two walls which we fixed. [Member Information Removed] once asked for [Member Information Removed] payment of $7000 and only got $5000 check he said dave we have to borrow money from our parents to pay [Member Information Removed] and [Member Information Removed] guys are always professional and take care of our clients property. [Member Name Removed] don't want to pay and that's the reason for this. The two weeks he said [Member Information Removed] didn't showed us was because [Member Information Removed] was sick and he said it's fine because he was sick as well.[Member Information Removed] have pictures and text"

Everything came out fantastic!! They were punctual and very professional. They covered everything and always cleaned up at the end of the day; the owner, Dave, had no problem explaining the process and what to expect. He took his time and made sure everything was correct and looked good; according to me, he included me throughout the process. I will be hiring him to remodel my master bedroom and en suite completely. We decided to completely restructure our main bathroom. Therefore, we used Angi's List as our source for finding a general contractor. We interviewed several general contractors; however, one of them stood out from the rest. That gentleman was Dave Williams, who was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and respectful. Without a doubt, our selection could not have been better. Dave arrived exactly when he said he would and before beginning his renovation, carefully protected our floors, walls, doorways from any debris. In addition, Dave covered the entire carpeted area from our apartment door to the elevator which was much appreciated by our neighbors. Dave was meticulous in all areas of construction. Dave made our selection process seamless by recommending economical sources for paint, tile, and any materials required. We were appreciative of these suggestions which saved us money for this renovation project. Our bathroom is wonderful and everyone who sees the work has commented on how great it looks. As a first time home buyer it was hard to see the beauty in an old house(100+). We hired Dave as a contractor to give us insights while we were shopping around for a house. We went to see our house at night with Dave and our realtor. The moment we got to the basement Dave said "This is the one for you, I really hope you get this house". Dave brought us his good luck charm. We closed on the house within 30 days and Dave started remodeling almost immediately and boy what can I say. For a 100+ aged home it truly has great bones. They say a picture is worth a 1000 words and you will see in the before and after photos. Dave and his crew completed each and every project to specs, on time and within budget – except where I made additions or last minute changes.
