Had to take contractor to small claims court. The court ruled in my favor still have not received my deposit have to go back to small claim court to elevator my claim to the next level will never use again or recommend to anyone

"I did receive a deposit from Brenda M of 1500 dollars we never gained access to work area do to gate being locked and her unavailablilty to be home material was purchased we were ready to due job next thing I was informed she was taking me to court for 2100 Dollars she said lightning hit her deck and her home owners ins went up so she thinks I'm liable I'm not she didn't do her part I did sen a cashews check to her for 1500 I will check and see if she cashed it If not I will cancel and do another but I'm not liable for insurance going up, I hav many other great ratings those are more in line with my service. This situation"

PRIDE!!! Donald Wise & family are a rare find today; they take pride in what they do. He learned his trade from his father and he practices what he learned. My deck beautiful and I immediately hired him to replace the floor of my front porch. If there is a con it's that his work takes time. I appreciate good work and I know that it take time to do good work. I recommend him highly and would hire him immediately for any future work.

My experience with Wise Contractors was more than good. They were friendly, polite, cleaned up during and after job was completed, answered any questions I had and gave me what I believe to be a fair price. I would recommend them and am planning to use them for any future jobs I have for home improvement.

We had several rooms that needed drywall repair and painting. Wise Contractors did an excellent job repairing the drywall and painting the ceilings. They were courteous and professional and did the job quickly. They also cleaned up after they were done each day, When they were done the original job, we contracted them to repair the plaster and paint our laundry room. This room is very high and was in bad shape. The room was done quickly and looks wonderful. They have informed us they are qualified to do many home repair projects. We will be calling Wise Contractors for any home projects we need in the future.

Fair price and professional. We hired Donald and his crew to paint the trim on our exterior windows. House looks much better and they even went above and beyond, to remove rusted shutter brackets that we had up.

It took alittle while to finish our deck project but when they where done we where very pleased with the job they did, they are very good carpenters and I think that we have the best deck on our block.

Showed up in a timelly manner to review the proposed work. He seems knowlegeable about what neeeds to be done and the timeframe for completing the work. To date the contract not been awarded - still evaluting another bid for the work.

Hired Wise to replace an exterior door with a steel entry door back in August and he told me approx 2-4 wks to order the door and perform the job after collecting a deposit for materials. Time passed and he claimed he couldn't get the door from his supplier, so we downgraded the type of door to a cheaper model sold at the local home supply store and he never showed to install that door. He told me that he would return my deposit last week and I haven't seen or heard from him yet, it's now November. I could never recommend this contractor to anyone.
