I hired Wise after I saw them in action at a house I sold in Parkland (Watercrest). They are more than thorough and found a few things to fix in the new house. Some gutters, some GFIs, 2 cracked roof tiles. We just stopped by and the owner already fixed everything. I highly recommend the Wise team.

First, the Wise Inspection Company was absolutely professional and extremely helpful. The inspector was early and very courteous; we chatted for a while and then he began. The Inspection was one of the most thorough inspections I ever read. In the past, I performed inspections, and as an Architect, was held to a higher standard vs typical home inspections. I must say the Wise Inspections Company came highly recommended and their services exceeded expectations. The inspector, Gabriel Pineiro, was a pro from start to finish. He demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and left no stone unturned. He answered every question I had with knowledge to back up the answer. The final reports (Gen, Pool, WDO, 4-Point and WinMit) I received were comprehensive, and easy to read and interpret. I will recommend the Wise Inspection Company and inspector Gabriel to all my associates.

Terry did an excellent job with his inspection of my new home which was 28 years old. He was at the house for almost 2 hours (and it's less than 2000 sq feet). He did a thorough job of looking/evaluating everything. It was raining hard when he was supposed to go on the roof but waited until it abated and then completed the job. He spoke to me and gave me a comprehensive assessment of everything including things that required immediate attention by a specialist compared to things that were less urgent and just be done by a handyman. I highly recommend Terry to anyone needing an inspection.

They were able to come out 1/3 wich we were very grateful for. Greg did our inspection and he was great. Showed up a little early wich i appreciated. He was very thorough and answered any questions i had. He also showed me certain things he thought i should see and understand. Also pointed out a few things i may want to keep my eye on for the future. 10/10 couldn’t recommend them highly enough. This is our first time buying a home and this inspection put our mind at ease.

Hi I recently had CRAIG do the inspection for a condo I'm interested in purchasing in Boca Raton Florida. He was amazing! He responded to me immediately and was kind enough to do the inspection within 24 hours. The report was very detailed. He took a lot of pictures and explained what needed to be done " In Layman's terms '. I would DEFINITELY recommend him to friend . His prices are very competitive if not a few dollars less than what other competitors might charge you. Also you can ZELLE him if you choose. .
