Mark was very efficient and competent. He was also personable.

Witherell initially overcharged us for installing a new circuit breaker (not the board, just a single circuit). They later reduced the price after we complained. We still had to pay $400 for a problem which has not recurred. We called to ask them to try again, and for several weeks they have not returned any of our messages. They don't seem to care about customer satisfaction or the quality of their work.

They completed the work we asked them to do, and the work itself was fine. They were pretty expensive, especially since they billed us for more time than the job actually took. They charged us for 3 hours of labor, even though the total time at our house plus a trip to home depot to look for a new light fixture took about an hour. After emailing the company, they reduced the charge to 2 hours, and we left it at that to have it be done with. As I said, the work itself was fine, but we were not super happy with the cost.

Mark (and his apprentice) were friendly, considerate and knowledgeable. He explained all work and even contacted National Grid on my behalf. Plan to use him for future projects. Highly recommend.

After hiring 2 previous electricians who could not get the job done, I finally got a call from Witherell Electrical and they came in as appointed and actually completed the job I had been having so much trouble getting done. Two folks arrived and went directly to work and completed the job. I was so very pleased with their work. Will definitely hire again!

Mark was very responsive when I called him for an estimate. I actually had multiple electricians come in and price the work and Mark was 2nd lowest of 4 quotes. But due to his responsiveness and willingness to commit to a very tight schedule I hired him. The work was done efficiently and within budget. There were no suprises. Witherell Electrical was a pleasure to work with. I will use this company again.
