Shed, Barn or Playhouse - Repair
Ralph is a really nice guy, really friendly, but that is the only nice thing I can say. He bid a job and we paid half the money up front. Over 2400.00 dollars. He had workers there the first 3 days, an hour or two at a time. Our fence gate was removed and not put back. They completed 5% of the fence and none of the other projects on the quote. It has been over 8 weeks now. He kept promising that we were his top priority, but his actions showed differently. So at this point, we are out our 2400 dollar upfront payment and he is no longer with Home Advisor. I am not sure how Home Advisor cannot help us with this issue now. I would never refer anyone to this contractor or Home Advisor. Shame on you Home Advisor. Let my 2400 dollar loss help anyone out that is looking on this site. Ralph, if you get a chance to read this, my wife and I are both very disappointed in you. You told us that you were a man of your word. How foolish of us to believe you. I wish you well.
