Great value for money; just make sure you get a written agreement on what you want painted and make sure you are on the same page with him. But this guy is really great value for money.

He was just polite, other than that the work itself I could have done that. He agreed to prep the walls by sanding and removing any abnormalities, prep my wood floors to protect them, and after prepping he was to apply 2 coats of primer and then 2 coats of wall paint. He completed the job in 12 hrs and did not prep the walls, he did not prep my wood floor, which are damaged with paint now. The walls have wrinkles, bumps, some areas are uneven, paint did not stay in some areas. I could have just applied paint to the walls if that were the case instead of hiring a supposed professional painter, which evidently he is not. Very poor workmanship. I hope people take this review seriously so you do not get ripped off as I have been by this contractor. He is definitely not a professional painter. A regular person such as myself knows that brand new plastered walls have to be sanded and prepped before painting, then sanding between coats to ensure a smooth clean finish. The worst painting job I have every seen, and I have photo and video proof of this. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR if you do not want to lose your money and have poor results that I have to hire someone else to fix. He also does not follow through when he states his work is guaranteed and he will fix whatever issues that may arise after the paint dried. He has verbalized to me on several occasions that he would return to my property the next day to assess the situation, but he has failed to return because he it too busy taking other jobs or performing estimates for other potential clients.

A great professional. He did an excellent job, very polite, helpful. He completed the job within the stipulated time. turned out better than expected.
