I do not recommend Wolf Property Services (J Wolf Property Management) or any entity that Jake Wolf is associated with. He was hired to install turf and hardscaping and did a terrible job. Turf was incorrectly installed, wrong base layers, no weed barrier, wrong edging, not glued down, wrong direction, no infill. Found out he lied about where the turf was purchased which means no warranty. The turf he provided was a lower grade and not pet sustainable. The flagstone paths were done incorrectly as well. Wrong base layers, not tamped correctly, flagstone was laid on top of pea gravel which causes movement. Gravel was not glued so stones kick up everywhere. The metal edging was not sunk in so there inconsistent heights creating trip hazards and left sharpe edges exposed, also a safety issue. Paid almost $30k for substandard incompetent work. Now working to get everything fixed with a knowledgeable contractor costing us an additional $15k.

Jake Wolf is not a skilled landscaper. He basically destroyed our back yard. Turf and hardscape were improperly installed and we are left with major safety issues.

Jake Wolf is the owner of Wolf Property Services, I gave him $4,000.00 as a down payment. He's a crook and a liar. He was supposed to put up a fence, drain tile and remove my lawn and sod. After three months all he did was remove 3/4 of my lawn. He left my yard a mess and he refuses to give me my money back. ,Look at his BBB rating. Look at his list of complaints. He makes a living out of cheating customers! If you see him coming, RUN!
