Very personal and Professional. Was unable to look underneath the house to inspect fondation. Fond out a week later there was a trap door. Called him ask if there was any chance he could take a look at it. He was there three days later to inspect the fondation. Sent me a report same day. I was very appreciative because he was already paid was not obligated to do so. But did any way. Great guy great business highly recommend.
