None of the contracted labor tasks were completed. Always blaming me for his incomplete work. I changed the arbor, but he wanted to put the arbor where he wanted not where the landscape plan showed the location! Granted, his vision of the arbor mine was totally different. But seriously, it took 2 days to complete the layout and cement in 8 posts. The problem was the dimensions are inconsistent and it is a challenge to finish the work myself. The 3 man rock placement, took extra time because we marked the boulder location ahead of time. Not the fact that it took 20 minutes per boulder because the wrong equipment was used. I watched my other contractor use his track hoe and place the last 12 boulders in 20 minutes. The first 48 boulders took 10 hours because they were wasting time trying to pick the oversized boulders in the bucket of a Kabota Tractor. Paver Patio and cutting pavers for my staircase was not completed because I changed the path from a hop-scotch design into solid pavers. Planting plants, we ordered 195 plants, returned 5 because the nursery sent the wrong plants. Still, the workers had 5 hours to plant 190 plants. They even stayed late to try and finish but were unable. Everything was my problem, because we wanted our yard to be outstanding! Of all of the 7 contractors that I have hired to work on our new house, this was the worst experience by far. I was supposed to pay more to have the work finished that the crew was unable to complete! Poor work, incomplete work and it will all be your fault.

The workers did an excellent job even though the weather was very rainy and windy. Cost was reasonable and job was performed exactly as agreed. All appointments were on time.
