Technician, Jacob, was very thorough and did a great explaining the issues and solutions. The team did a great job of fixing the problems.

Responsive and knowledgeable. Quickly diagnosed the issue - gave options and completed the work when part became available.

Very clear about the materials used while giving us the estimate and actually returned that same day to do the project. The chimney cap (flue cover) needed to be replaced. Jack will be asked back to clean and inspect after this next fireplace season.

left a big mess of soot on the floor in side, didn't close the soot out side door. didn't thing they did a very good job. i had to heir another company to come finish the job. I feel I didn't get my money worth.

My stone chimney had a leak for 2+ years. Other people have tried to fix it without success. Josh from Wolfman identified the problem and fixed it. Excellent customer service, very reasonable charge. I have told many people about the service I received. Very grateful to have this leak fixed.

They came to the house to do the inspecting and they had to order parts. 3 weeks later I try calling them and when I did get ahold of them, they haven't even ordered the parts yet, so I they ordered the parts over the phone with me. Now I can't get a hold of them.

There were prompt in responding to my request. They did quality work for a very affordable price.

Price quoted is bare bones chimney sweep and inspection. Took them about 35 minutes. All additional services were much higher than I was willing to pay.

I called to set up an appointment on Sunday about noon. By 2:00pm Sunday, a young lady called me back and set up my appointment for the coming Tuesday. I was told the time window for my service and that the tech would call on the way. About an hour before the time designated, a very nice/professional sounding young man called, said he had finished another job early and could he come immediately. MAN-WAS I IMPRESSED! Plus, when he got here, he did a great job. Explained the problem and left a business card. Will use them again with any chimney issues. THANKS!!!
