Russell was AWSOME!!! He was VERY honest and up front about everything! I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone that needs pool cleaning service.
He showed me what needed to be cleaned and replaced due to my old pool guy NOT doing his job.

This prick is a crook! A lying bxxxxxxx artist. His name is Russell. Tells you he came, even when your home waiting for him. Lies through his teeth. Paid him for a new filter. Cashed my check that day. Never provided the filter. Always an excuse. Fired him after 3 months. He billed me for visits that he never showed up for. Ran into him 5 weeks after firing him. Confronted him about the filter. He said he would stop by with it, that was a month ago. Do yourself a flavor and do not hire him. If you use him, fire him, he is not professional! A crook!!

"Let's be clear. Tom was a biweekly customer. Tom was mad at me because I did not cash. His check right away. Well, he wrote the check to the wrong address, and it took 2 and a 1 months for him to get it right. Then, he let me go via text message. Which was fine. He owed me for 3 months. So the filter cost $48. Tom owed me $45 for half of the month and he said, do whatever you want with the filter. I have his text message. Tom never did mention that the pool was crystal clear blue and that there was never a problem so now he wants to ruin my business for something that he did wrong. Tom also let go of his previous pool guy, because he could not get billing, correct with him, and that's what he told me that he did not like the pool person's wife, and they had words over how he should be billed."

After a little over a year he turned into Mr. Hyde from Dr. Jekyll. Seemed like a great person then out of the blue he collected his money which I paid for 3 months at a time and never showed again?? No return calls?? NOTHING???? GONE. Unbelievable at best. I sent emails - phone calls-??? Nothing!!! Very surprised. Beware!!

We've had several pool cleaning services over the past ten years and had to let each of them go as they became less dependable. Services were skipped from time to time, and certain tasks were not performed as promised. One fellow even skipped town with our monthly payment. So far, this new outfit has lived up to there promises. We'll pay after receiving services.
