We had our heat pump, outside and inside, and thermostat replaced. They were prompt on estimate, arrival at job and completed ahead of schedule. Courteous, friendly, and wiling to explain and educate. Written estimate was detailed and met my specs, including a hold back provision that I did not exercise. Excellent cleanup. They were also low bidder out of five carefully picked for estimates. Offer true 24/7 service, and were the lowest charge for yearly service and inspection.

I think they did a very good job, we were very satisfied with the air conditioner. They were very courteous and cleanly about putting it in. The two fellas that installed it were very nice and worked as fast as they could as well as they could, which was very hot at the time, but they did very well. I appreciate it very much and we were extremely satisfied with the whole package, thank you.
