We are having a modular built, he was contracted out by Factory Homes Outlet to do the prep work and foundation. He showed up a day early, wouldn?t tell me who he was or what he was there for, I finally got out of him that he was our foundation guy. Showed him the site. He started digging that day, ended up tweaking where my house was supposed to be 10 feet to the right and changing the angle by 4 feet. Before he started digging he promised me he could get me 2 steps up into my house. He ended up not following engineering, his workers yelled and screamed at me telling me I?m stupid, Jeff signed a paper again promising 2 steps, even if he has to fill up my yard with dirt. Well, long story short. It?s been 3 months he hasn?t done it. He dropped 3 loads of dirt out of the 17 needed. The estimated value of work needing done is about 23,000. That still will only get me 3 steps. Factory Homes Outlet also signed the paper promising 2 steps. Worst company don?t ever hire Jeff woods
