Wood Haven Tree Service and Construction

Frank's crew was amazing!! Took down an appropriately 150' tree in 1 1/2 days. The precision in which the climbers dropped HUGE sections of this tree was incredible and absolutely fascinating to watch. Kept the tree off of the house, off of the fence, away from other trees and out of the street. I would hands down recommend the guys and use their services again!!!

I wish our experience had been as good as some of the reviews. Our yard was left a mess. Piles of tree limbs and trunk were left completely visible from the yard. Many smaller branches were not chipped. They had technical difficulty with their chipper twice which extended the project to over 10 days. When they were here they did work hard but there were days when they did not show up or arrived at 4pm to only work a few hours. Communication was spotty at best. The stumps were not cut close to the ground. Some of the stumps were left 2 feet high. The grass was torn up by their truck leaving deep ruts. And on the final day they broke an outdoor water spigot needing an emergency plumbing visit, which we were left to pay for. I would have much rather had them rectify these issues instead of writing this review but have had no response to the text message pointing out my displeasure and requesting they come fix the problems. They asked to be paid in advance of finishing the work, claiming they would be finished that day and needed to get the money to the bank to pay the employees. Shame on me for going along with that. There was no reason for them to give this job their attention any longer causing it to be drawn out with little attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Please use as a cautionary tale.

I would like to continue working with them, but they tell me that they are busy and do not finish my work.

They were professional and removed the trees in a timely manner. They also cleaned the debris. We will be using them in the future.

This company was responsive, affordable and exceeded our expectations. I will definitely be saving their information for future projects. It is so nice to see that there are still caring people out there. Top notch!

Frank was quick to respond to my request, quick to arrive and give me a quote and was ready to do the job right then. Him and his crew were hard workers, friendly and professional. Frank explained in detail the scope of the job, informed me of such, kept me updated and showed me the finished job. He also threw in some small projects at no charge. His prices were amazing, especially for an elderly senior citizen on SS. He takes great pride in his company, background, knowledge and reputation.

Frank was excellent to work with! He was quick to respond to my request and very knowledgeable, compassionate, and easy to talk to. He got the job done in a very timely manner and left my lawn looking clean and tidy when the work was done. The Wood Haven team was incredible -- very professional, timely, and affordable. They removed some very dangerous thorny locust trees, cleaned everything up, and even went the extra mile to chop them into firewood for us. As if that wasn't enough, they also ground out a stump from a prior tree removal. Above and beyond service and highly recommend the Wood Haven team.

Came out and started the same day I contacted them. They were significantly more affordable than everyone else I talked to. They were courteous and accommodating, couldn't have asked for more. The owner even showed up and talked to me. He told me they've been doing this since 1996, and it shows. I won't use anyone else for tree issues I have in the future. Thank you wood haven!
