Wood Life Hardwood Floors

Luis did an exceptional job refinishing our floors. He also added new hardwood to our stairs and landing from the second to third floor. I would highly recommend wood life to anyone in need of hardwood flooring work.

Luis, did a fantastic job refinishing and repairing our hardwood floors. Even with a lot of staples and boards to be replaced they did an excellent job. They worked quickly and respected our home extremely well. I would definitely hire them again and recommend anyone needed old hardwoods revitalized and boards replaced.

Luis and his crew did a great job refinishing our pine floors. After some initial issues with the pine flooring, Luis resolved the problem and the floor finish is now outstanding. Luis is responsive, professional and his pricing is fair. I'd highly recommend his company.

Overall the workmanship was good. However, where this company fell short is with the followup and communications. I hired them for a fairly large job which included the installation of Luxury Vinyl Plank throughout the entire home. Luis performed the majority of the work himself and had a helper on a couple of the days. He was late arriving to the job on most of the days and was difficult to reach by phone during the job and after he was paid. We had some issues that needed to be corrected and we still have some outstanding issues but Luis does not answer his phone, he made promise to return and fix the installation problems identified but never shows up nor calls. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and those expectation were not met. Although the workmanship was good, I would not recommend this contractor due to the lack of professionalism. It is very unfortunate and I am disappoint because there is so much potential. Some people are best as technicians and should perhaps partner with people who a good with the business end of things.

Luis and George did a great job refinishing the hardwood floors at the house. Cleaned up the house afterwards, leaving no dust or debris. Reach out to this company for all of your flooring needs, you won't be disappointed.

Louis and his team were extremely professional and hard-working. They refinished 2,100 sq. ft. of wood floors for us and the end result was incredible! It was better than I ever could have imagined. They worked so hard and paid attention to every little detail. Their pricing was extremely fair. I would hire them again and again!

Our entire first floor floors were refinished in 4 days. Since we had plans to move out of the house during this period it was very important that Luis coordinate with our schedule, and he did. Our new floors look beautiful! His pricing was competitive and he did not require a deposit which was important to me. I do not pay contractors for work that havenâ t completed.

Very professional, thorough, and hardworking. Very reasonably priced based on the multiple quotes were solicited. They worked around us having a few dogs and cats to complete the work with excellent results. We would readily hire this contractor again for other wood working installations or repairs. Mr. Tapia did a fine job correcting worn spots and spaces between boards in the kitchen. When the finishing coats were applied, the floors looked new. The only downside was the amount of sanding dust left behind. My fix for that- spring cleaning done early.
