Wood Pro Floors, LLC

We hired Jason to refinish our hardwood floors (1250sq ft). We had the work scheduled to take place in August and the work was to take an entire week. When the time came to do the work he showed up but said he had to order wood to fill some holes (which we had sent pictures of ahead of time) which delayed the work. He did a weeks worth of work in 2 days and left the floors a bit rough. He did come back and redid it all and generally the quality was good. One big problem was that he was unable to remove the toilet, but in trying to do so, damaged it and broke the seal and we ended up having to pay to fix a leak. I gave him the benefit of the doubt on that. While we love the floor overall, there were a few spots that needed a touch up and he was scheduled to come in Nov; his truck overheated so we scheduled for Jan and then there was no communication and he just didnâ t show up. He has not communicated with me nor my contractor. Since then it appears he has blocked calls and basically vanished.

Would highly recommend! They were booked a ways out but well worth the wait. They were punctual, courteous, not pushy at all and super friendly. I felt comfortable with the owner and employees right off the bat and that’s important when your inviting someone into your home. The job was done according to schedule and when I disagreed with the initial color they were more than willing to make it right. More importantly, they didn’t make me feel bad for asking questions or wanting a different color. In the end the job was done exactly how I wanted and my floors look AMAZING! no need to look any further. Call Wood Pro’s !

From first meeting through the completion, Jason was a delight to work with. Courteous, professional, and totally knowledgeable about our floors and what we needed. He did what 3 other companies could not. The floors are beautiful and we re happy we chose Wood Pro Floors. Highly recommend Jason and JR.

Jason spent extra time to find the flooring that matched ours. They were on time as scheduled.

I normally don t respond to these types of requests and when I do I do not give a five. Jason more than earned it. We enjoyed him and his crew.

Jason provided a reasonable cost estimate with extra services for our Brazilian Cherry Hardwood new install of about 635 SqFt and refinish of about 550 SqFt, Jason and his crew completed the job within the time frame promised and did an excellent job. We would hire Wood Pro Floors again and recommend them to friends.

Great job to Jason and crew. Refinished hardwood floors and the install of new in-laid heat vents. The floors look new again. I didn't feel like Jason was out to make an extra buck on any water damaged areas. My final bill was actually lower than the bid and the area was as close to dust free as you can get on a project like this. Thanks again

Jason and his crew were very easy to work with and they did a great job installing prefinished solid hardwood floors in my house. This was the best experience I've had with a home improvement project involving contractors.

Jason was very accommodating to get our floor refinishing job done before we moved in. A couple of minor flaws are scheduled to be fixed shortly. We are quite pleased with the job, service, and cleanup.

Jason is very easy to work with and wants to do whatever it takes to make you happy. He is very honest and fair and does good work.
