Wood Specialties of Virginia

Bobby was so nice we would hire him for more projects.

Bobby is a tremendous person with a variety of skill sets which is capable of handling lots of jobs (both big and small) for us. We have a ton of confidence using Bobby due to his knowledge, attention to detail, and his craftsmanship. Side note, Bobby is the first person we've ever used so we have experience with other contractors. However, he'll be the last person we'll for all of our carpentry work going forward. He's awesome!

He did a fantastic job, trustworthy, and his work is beautiful. He does an outstanding job.

Highly recommend- they have done work for me for 30 years- excellent carpenter- thorough with his work. He has done a lot of different things for me, cabinetry, remodeling, finish work, etc.

Bobby's service was excellent in every aspect. He was friendly, informative, and efficient. The quality of the work was outstanding and the cost was very reasonable. We were very happy with the service and would certainly hire him for future jobs.

Bobby was amazing to work with. A project we thought would be simple turned out to be more complicated than either we or Bobby expected. However, he stuck to his original quote, even though he put in extra time making several trips to the hardware store and to our house until he figured out a solution. We would (and will) definitely hire him again.

Bobby helped us install a storm door and trim around our front door, and was a pleasure to work with. He was the only carpenter (out of 4 that came) that noticed that our door had been installed in a way that would complicate mounting a storm door, suggested a solution, and gave us a reasonable price quote for the work. He was also great with communicating with us, and with answering any questions we had (even about things he wasn't working on.) We'll be using him for other projects. Thanks Bobby!

Bobby was on time, professional and provided the service based on the estimate. I am very pleased with the finished product.

Bobby took time out of his busy schedue to meet with us.The part needed for the door was hard to find which caused him to go out of his way . All in all Bobby is outstanding, honest, great customer service and I highly recomend him.

Bobby is very thorough with his work and very upfront with everything that the project will require. I'm very happy with the projects he has done in my house. Thank you very much, Bobby!

Very professional and communicative. Very to the point, and honest. Did not try to oversell services. Quality workmanship.

Very professional, did an excellent job

I was a great experience in having Mr. Harrison repair my windows' frames. He was honest in estimating what needed to be done and did an excellent job. At the end when he finished the job in less hours than estimated, he again honestly charged me accordingly. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent workmanship. Cleans up afterward, precise in measurements, prices were fantastic. Helped to rearrange things afterward and added some minor adjustments to other projects.

We've have an older closet door (8' solid wood) that continues to fall off the track. We've had two other companies out to fix it, and one told us the only thing to do would to convert to new standard door. Wood Specialties of Virginia came out and after a full assessment was able to adjust the original hardware (50+ years old) and make it work. We also talked through several options should this solution fail. The tech took his time (2+ hours) and the total cost was only $50. We will absolutely be using this company for other projects and recommending them to neighbors!

Wood Specialities of Virginia's work is excellent, friendly, easy, cooperative, efficient, helpful and all around great. They arrive on time and are transparent throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone anytime.

Mr Harrison did an outstanding job on my gate repair. Prompt, courteous, and professional. I would recommend him to anyone.
