I was quoted from the most honest salesman $1300 to replace a window. These pros charged 15% of that! Quick service and a perfect job. Couldn t be happier.

This company is excellent. The workmen are highly skilled, neat, polite and clean up after themselves. But the best came about a year after I had them fix several windows. I had one window with a leak which I really did not think was their fault. They promptly came to see the issue and did a thorough repair with no questions asked at no charge.

Used this business last year, very responsive when it comes to generating business. Used again this year to repair the VERY same crack location as repaired last year on precisely the same window pane. Office manager is a little disorganized and kept calling me from personal cell numbers or different numbers than an office phone. I still had my repair receipt from last year which stated year warranty on glass- I figured Id ask about this since it was less than a year since the window cracked in exactly the same place, but when I asked, I was told this was only for fogging in between the panes. If thats the case, dont write year warranty on glass on the order because its quite obviously misleading. When I stated this, I was told, sorry about that...theres nothing I can do, just send over the payment via QuickPay, ok?; Thats terrible handling of a concern. Whats more, the repairman noted the glass as installed last year as a bit too wide and this was causing the pressure needed to crack the window - if he knew this now, why wouldnt he have questioned this the previous year when I informed him nothing had struck the (interior) pane of the window, and he proceeded to install the same size as the cracked glass? The repairman was nice and efficient both times. Finally, precisely the same job less than a year later costed $40 more this time around.
