So far Woodbridge has not owned up to their 5 step plan. I called them for doors, 1 exterior door and 2 storm doors. We were talked into ordering windows. We decided to purchase a few windows rather than the entire house to see how we liked them. The doors were our main reason for calling. Woodbridge. We signed the contract on 7/27/2020 and paid the deposit, this is a cash sale no financing. 1. The measurements were supposed to be within 3 business days after a week, I called them and then they were not out to measure in 3 business days. Excuse: COVID19....we are into COVID19 now for 6 months, companies should be aware of their scheduling issues. 2. After the measurement the informed me I had been quoted the wrong price .i made contact with the salesperson and his manager. Excuse: new salesperson. This was corrected and the price remained the same. 3. A window was on backorder this would delay installation of my project by about a week. This is now approximately August 25. No windows no doors. 4. 8/28/20. Sorry doors not available, no tentative date as to when they will be ready. Excuse: warehouse running behind because of COVID19. I think by now they should know about warehouse issues. They can install the windows. My answer NO, my contract calls for windows and doors not a partial installation. I didnâ t initially call them for windows. 5. 09/01/20. Sam called to set up (again) schedule to install windows only no update on the doors. I reiterated I donâ t want a partial install on my contract. When they install the doors we will discuss scheduling installation of the windows. This is not what I expected for doing cash business with more work to be done on my home from a company who constantly states they have been in business for 30 years. I am fed up with excuses. They have great reviews but when I really look into them most of them are 1 year or more. The most recent ones are running equal to good and bad. Buyer Beware on this companies promises.
