Nowhere near worth the $$$

It took about 2 months to get all my materials due to a national shortage, but once everything was received, the project was completed in a timely manner, and I’m very pleased with the results.

We were told that we would be called once they ran the credit check, because we wanted to know the interest rate. They tried to send someone to measure the windows. So I called them. I was told what the interest rate was as well as the payments and duration. We were not impressed. We informed Woodbridge that we wanted to go a different route. I was then told that we needed to hurry up and make a decision. We decided to pay cash they got all the info and we still have not heard back from them that the money is there. We do keep getting calls to come measure. I was told once they measure they start making the windows which means that they are going to charge us and probably with their financing. I have since been put on hold for 5 minutes to talk to a voicemail. I was then hung up on by the service manager and told that the call was lost. He made no effort to call me back. It was like he lost my number. I have never been treated so rudely by a company that we are trying to give a lot of money to. Their A+ rating is bogus as well as the report card from the company they pay to rate them. That's the same as Trump writing his own health report. We are so disturbed by this experience that I don't know that we will even get new windows now. The salesman touted about their customer service and A+ rating. I have yet to see since they got our down payment. Not so happy with Home Advisor either since Woodbridge was their recommendation.

Installed in 4 hours.

Installers did a great job,--only bitch was that the window sashes don't match the color of the interior framework--window sashes being dark oak and inside woodwork (ie; window framework) is 'light oak...'

When they put the windows in they cleaned up after themselves and nothing was left behind. They showed me how to work the windows and how to tilt the top and bottom for cleaning. They were really nice and respectful, they were great! The windows are under warranty and they will replace them for free even if I break them.

I am pleased with the out come.
