Working with Woodbridge has been, by far, the worst experience I have had with a contractor. I thought my project was pretty standard- we had a 40 x 44 inch shower stall that needed the soffit removed, lower the shower pan, and extend one wall 8 inches to give us a bigger shower. Additionally, we wanted a seat and a place for soaps and shampoo. We received 3 bids and chose Woodbridge (the highest bid) for two main reasons: 1. We wanted a high-end feel, like a custom shower 2. We wanted a reliable company that would not be out of business in a few years if we had any problems Woodbridge was significantly more expensive than the other bids, again, we wanted a nice shower. We signed the contract on Feb 11th and were told that worst case it would take 8 weeks due to having to manufacture the liner of the shower and the shower pan. During the wait, I called 3 times to get a status but nobody ever called me back. In late May everything came in and they started the project and this is where things go badly. The seat was for the wrong wall, not facing the shower head. Contractor did not put supports in the correct wall to even support the seat we wanted but finished the shower anyway, leaving us with very limited options. We settled on a small flip-up seat on the correct wall. The wall they extended is CROOKED- We are talking about a 3/4 of an in lean from the ceiling to the floor! The outside unfinished portion is uneven making re-tiling a problem. Oh and lets not forget, 13 weeks after signing the contract WE STILL DO NOT HAVE GLASS OR A DOOR! I have been trying for weeks to get someone to call me back regarding my litany of issues. Every single time I call there's someone new to talk to as everyone seems to leave the company so there is no accountability. The finance company they work with has been bugging us for 2 months for a payment on a project that is incomplete. Through the finance company I found out Woodbridge got paid for the project in May- no wonder they do not care at all. They got their money! I've reached out multiple times in an effort to come to a negotiated settlement with these CLOWNS, but these efforts have been in vein. My advice- STAY AWAY FROM WOODBRIDGE unless you want a half complete, overpriced and underdelivered dumpster fire. They are GARBAGE, if I could give them negative 5 stars, I would. Now, I will just eviscerate them on every platform I can find, I will file a BBB complaint, and most likely have to sue. I have used Angis List for multiple projects and repairs over the years, unfortunately I do not believe I can trust any other contractors provided by Angie. What an absolute shame, they should never be recommended by Angis List ever again.

I had problems with the company sending me the financial information. They quoted me for the most difficult job such as replacing the upstairs floor under the bath if needed. there was no need to replace the floor this part was not taken off the original price. Finance co. keeps calling and I do not have their information. All I got from Bath Solution was the application for financing it.

Installers did a great job,--only bitch was that the window sashes don't match the color of the interior framework--window sashes being dark oak and inside woodwork (ie; window framework) is 'light oak...'

When they put the windows in they cleaned up after themselves and nothing was left behind. They showed me how to work the windows and how to tilt the top and bottom for cleaning. They were really nice and respectful, they were great! The windows are under warranty and they will replace them for free even if I break them.

I am pleased with the out come.
