Kitchen Remodel
Designer and contractor both came up with some great ideas to match my desires. All people who were hired by them to complete work, i.e. plumber, electrician, floor layer, were very professional and polite. The only complaint I have is the timeliness of getting the project done. It seemed to me that a lot of other tasks could have been getting done when there were delays elsewhere. But, all in all, I would definitely hire them again, regardless, due to the quality of their workmanship.

We are satisfied with the final product, but the experience was disappointing and unnecessarily frustrating. The sales experience was good. The job supervisor was pleasant, but inconsistent in communications -- could take weeks and multiple follow-up calls/notes to get a response. Job took almost 3 times longer than estimated (April to November), due to gaps in work by different subcontractors and resolving several issues. Resolving post-construction quality issues has been better. We understand they have made some changes.

Keith and Doug have done a super job so far on my basement. They are courteous and keep me informed of what's going on. I'd definitely recommend for any future construction project.
