"Thank you Carol for sharing your comments. We apologize for the miscommunication regarding rebuilding the portion of the project. We are happy that you found someone that would work with your budget and your specific requests (not providing us with insurance information) that we could not agree upon. Just to clarify that your rebuild manager did come out and emailed you an estimate. Since this was an insurance project our estimate and the insurance estimate (summary) must match in order to make sure that you were paid by that insurance company to get you back to pre-loss conditions. When we asked for your insurance's estimate (summary) you refused to provide that to us, and this affected our ability to provide you the service that you deserve. We were also happy to hear that the mitigation portion was done to your satisfaction, and confused as to why you would give us such a low rating based on the fact the water mitigation was done correctly and we didn't move forward with the rebuild because of some disagreements of the estimated price based on what the insurance paid. We even coordinated a plumbing company to fix the slab leak that cause the problem in the first place before the mitigation portion began at no charge, as an extra courtesy.
