everything went just as planned. One day installation. Very nice crew.

Finished the entire sprinkler system in a day and are super quick to reply for yearly maintenance requests. Never had any issues with them or the system.

The installation was okay, but he is not providing the turning on and off of the sprinklers for the 5 years as he was supposed to be as promised.

We purchased Wood?s Landscape & Sprinkler Service?s Platinum Package, which included a 10-year warranty and 20 winterization/pressurization visits. For two years the services were performed, then in winter 2025 the company stopped scheduling altogether and told us to winterize the system ourselves?something we never agreed to and had never been asked to do. When we asked for the service we already paid for, the owner, Mr. Wood, responded with rude, dismissive, and accusatory messages, even suggesting we were ?making things up? and that contacting him was a ?bother.? His hostility sharply contrasts with the professionalism of his staff. We paid thousands for services the owner now refuses to honor, and his conduct makes this company impossible to recommend.

Installation of the sprinkler system went well, but I purchased the gold package that comes with 20 semi-annual checkups, and they stopped proactively scheduling those checks after a few years. I have to repeatedly email and call (they don't answer the phone) to get them to come out. going on two years without a winterization. Not sure what they are like in Texas but their customer service in Virginia is abysmal.

Crew was professional, friendly and worked hard to install in 2 days - were eager to please me with my needs.

I initially had problems with this company; now after a year, I am having additional problems with them. On two occasions, appointments were made to winterize our sprinkler system; however, the contractor never showed up. Winterizing is a part of the contract. Additionally, this company says that they are BBB certified, that is untrue and they do not hold a BBB rating. Strongly recommend not doing business with them.

These guys were FAST. The work was scheduled within a week of ordering. The crew showed up on time and knocked it out in one day. They adjusted all the heads and the crew chief showed me how to operate the system.

Very pleased with sprinkler installation and semi-annual system check. Work done qickly and efficiently. Trey is great to work with.

The company very quickly sent a technician to fix a problem I created...and even worked to improve the irrigation cycle to prevent wasting water.

The installers had all the right answers and completely illustrated the features of the irrigation system. Trained how to operate and schedule the days and hours where they would start. Completely satisfied with the job and training.

Great experience. Never used Angi before but made it super easy. Was quoted $5200 for a pool irrigation reroute and repair which I thought was high. Within a day of submitting a need for it, I had contact from Jim and was scheduled only 3 days later. The crew showed up Friday morning at 9ish and finished by 5. Fantastic work. Did exactly what I asked plus cleaned up another zone that helps a lot. Great job to the whole crew. I think the main guy on site was John. He was very attentive. Thanks!!

I have hired a lot of contractors over the years and working with this company was the all time worst experience of them all. I do not normally advise people to go to online, but check there before hiring. I thought this company looked ok based on the reviews here but clearly they do whatever they can to hide their real reputation. Save yourself the potential trouble and go somewhere else.

Very professional company that came out when requested and did what they needed to do to get the job done correctly. Spent the time needed to educate my wife and myself about how to use system correctly!! Very satisfied and would recommend to friends and family

My 2nd time using them for sprinkler install as we moved residences recently. Coordinating the options and pricing and scheduling.was smooth. I even added in some regrading that another contractor had bid much higher on and it came out great. Crew knew what they were doing and got it done in 1 day.

Beware of this business. I will NOT recommend this business to anyone. There is no customer support number to call. I was so shocked how this business has 5 ratings on home adviser. They showed up a week earlier without an appointment. As I was home I said okay go ahead and install the sprinklers. Without any design or plan, they started digging and ended up digging the common areas. Dug-up areas were not properly covered with dirt. The workers ruined my lawn. When I texted the owner, he said they can throw some grass seeds for an extra 3% of the job cost. Workers also ruined my flower bed borders. They did not clean my property after their job is done. They have different plans for lawn checkups. Basically, customer has to pay upfront for lawn checkups from 5 to 10 years depending on the plan they select. What anyone can do if this business goes out of business? So, do not fall into their trap. Moreover mental pressure because of the rude people. The owner only collects the money. He does not instruct his staff what to do or he do not care about the customers. I asked him to come over and see what their staff did. He asked me to send the pictures and said there is nothing wrong with the pictures. All the walkers using the sidewalk in front of my house are asking me why there are several dugout spots on my lawn. This is the first time in my life writing a negative review on the web. That bad they hurt my lawn.
