Installation was prompt however I received no training on programming the system. I have a few issues that I would like addressed but they will not contact me. Some of our heads are too high, there is a valve box that is almost 3 inches below grade level. They failed to secure one of the valve box covers and it was sucked up into our mower. I have sent emails and no response for over a week. You can't talk to anyone they only correspond via email.

Here is the email I responded to 6 days ago, (14) minutes after his email and he has not responded to me. He finally responded to my text after he made this review. No phone calls were received or recorded from him. The minor fixes requested were completed promptly. We have a valve box that is about 3 inches below grade level and a couple of heads that I believe are to high and will get hit when I scalp the yard next spring."
