Both the owner and his son were courteous and gave me great service. They explained everything they were going to do before doing the job. Reiterated the price they quoted prior to starting the job. Went the extra mile to look at my panel on my water heater to make sure it was still in good shape. Said it was. These guys are my plumbers going forward. I ve had a few run ins with some suspect plumbers and these gentleman were the exact opposite. Thank you both. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

This process could not have gone better. The whole crew was friendly and respectful! They were fast and very fairly priced. We had a great experience and now have the relief of not having to deal with the storage tank water heater any more!

Thanks to Woods Plumbing Service for coming out in the rain & replaced my water heater the same day the request was submitted. The water heater is located outside, but they worked in the drissle and had it fixed and old one hauled away in a short period of time. They were very friendly and customer service oriented. Thanks guys!
