Failed to finish his job after paid in full.

They called showed up on time. Gave estimate set date to do work. Arrived on time did what they said they would do.Cut 5 trees for me one had branches overhanging my home. Did a excellent job for me now I can sleep at night and don't have to worry about tree's coming down on my house. Good company to work with.

their work was good the business end was very shoddy---not enough transparency from them in other words details about what would be done and how much would be charged also at the beginning of the project i was told they would text me proof of property damage ins. which i did not receive. i lost trust ln them and told them not to come back. i guess you could say i fired them im 67 they are the first people i've had to do that way

They were very good.

They do a really good job. They clean up everything that you ask them to. They know what they're doing. They take the trees down, and clear them out if you want them cleared, and stack them if you want them stacked.

Responded quickly to call for work. Came the following Saturday, cut lots of trees, came back the following Saturday with stump grinder, worked 4 hours. Was supposed to come back the following Saturday to cut an additional tree and plant grass seed etc. Did not show up or call and still have not heard anything for 3 weeks. Communication makes all the difference.

Boones Tree Service from Buckhannon did a tree trimming job for us which lasted over a four-day period. The company did cut trees and trim trees; however, the four day span was a total strain on everyones nerves. I am glad I was not paying by the hour. By the time they arrived and got somewhat organized to go to work, there was still a lot of standing around and talking going on all day. I allowed them to dump two loads of chips on my property and my neighbor took all the wood so he did not have that disposal expense. His clean up did not require much wood hauling at all. I still have two pine tree trunks standing that he wanted to argue about cutting down and hauling away (he did load the tops of the trees finally). He had some bad luck on the final day when his dump truck (he was driving) slid into his personal pickup. A complete and obious accident. He flew into a rage and walked off the job yelling and swearing. Not something a business owner should do, especially in front of a customer. When he finally came back - I paid him off and told him to leave the property. This was just the culmination of this jobâ s problems, i.e., firing one employee after day one, arguing about which trees we agreed on trimming, and a labor issue with his climber. I would not recommend this tree service to anyone if only because of turmoil within the business.

Listed with Angies at 3pm Sat. Got call from Boone a 3:10pm Sat. Scheduled for Sunday. Contractor cancelled Sun morning due to family emergency; rescheduled for Mon. Showed up Monday on time; did excellent job in 3 hours..

This company was fantastic! We are hiring them again for another job. They were professional, helpful and reasonable.

I had a really big tree between my house and a garage with very little space for the tree to fall. They cut the tree down and hauled it off with no damage to anything. Very professional. I highly recommend Boone's Tree Service.

Gary came to the house and gave me a fair estimate for my stump grinding project. When he came to complete the work, we added on a couple additional items and he didn't miss a beat! He updated the estimate very fairly. He is an extremely hard worker and his wife came and worked very hard to help complete the project to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing tree services rendered. Thanks Gary!

Boone tree service handle their customers professionally. Their prices are competitive and quality of service is A-1. They show up on time, friendly and motivated to get the job done. They clean the work area and haul away the debris. I plan on having them back when i need tree services again.
