Project: Install a Gas, Pellet, or Wood Stove
Called in sick on install date. Had to wait for the weather to clear. He and wife screamed at each other while backing up truck. Afraid of damaging truck and hitting building because of snow on the ground.
Response by Woody's Chiman More, LLC: I will say it's my fault for not asking for more descriptive pics of the site. the road and driveway was and is solid ice. I brought a rental man lift at out cost 200$. using our new personal GMC Duramax crew cab because you kept pushing us to do the job in pretty unsafe conditions, why would u care if we get hurt right? Not your problem. The wife and I decided to go do the job the safest way we could. again because the pictures were not showing the whole picture we couldn't get the unit into the shop due to the ice and snow and very narrow opening. As far as yelling at each other we were simply trying to communicate over a diesel engine.

They were honest and very professional. They found my propane leak and probably saved my house from blowing up. They explained everything to me and worked hard while here. I would hire them back anytime and recommend them to anyone!!!
