The company did not have the needed part available and it has been almost a week since I contacted this company to ask when the part would be available. I have not received an update.

Daryl showed as promised and on time. He looked at our refrigerator and was not sure what was causing the problem. Took some temperature readings and said he needed to go back and do some research. I gave him 3 stars on work because in the end he didn't do anything to fix it. He did make some suggestions but wasn't sure what' was wrong. He's very professional, friendly and I'd use him again. He didn't charge me a thing for coming to the house because he didn't fix anything. Very rare in my opinion for a tech to come and say you don't owe them anything! He did get back to me a few days later via text and suggested a couple things. He said the manufacturer wasn't helpful with the problem and he wasn't sure what else he could do.

The fridge was done professionally. Wooten office staff as well as the appliance technician were all courteous, friendly and professional.

I was impressed that the technician came out in a snowstorm to fix my dryer, which I thought I was going to have to replace. He quickly found the issue and had it back up and running in no time.

Professional, personable, competent

The e-quote from customer service differed slightly from the estimate provided at the first visit, and omitted the $99 downpayment I paid at the first visit. But, in the end, the original estimate was honored and credit was given for the $99 paid up front, so I was happy. The price of the service call was reasonable for the work performed. Friendly, knowledgeable service in a time-efficient manner. Happy I found them.

Very knowledgeable. Very friendly. Took time to teach. Did not recommend repairs that made no sense economically.
