George response time was great! He went to the property to look at the scope of work that was needed, called me back with a quote and an expected date that he would be able to complete the work. If I'm not mistaken, this was within the same day. The price for the work was more than reasonable. As luck would have it, he actually did the roof on the house over 20 years ago!! Anyway, when the time came to do the work, he called, confirmed the date. He and his team arrived early and had most of the work completed the same day!! The next day he came by early again to complete the rest of the project. George is an honest person. I dropped off the check to George. I had written the check out beforehand without looking at what the price was supposed to be but instead by trying to recall what it was. George called me back several minutes after I left to let me know that I overpaid by $300!!!! I couldn't believe it. I almost wanted to cry. I couldn't believe there were still honest people in this world. He promptly sent back the difference via Venmo. His honesty meant the world to me. I had just bought a car after being without one for three months so needless to say, every dollar mattered since I didn't really have any to spare. He also gave me some advice on a stopped-up toilet so that I can take care of it myself instead of calling the plumber. It worked. Thanks again George for being such an honest person!!!! I wish there were more like you around.

Great guy. There was some miscommunication of expectation. That?s another story. The work he performed and the outcome were excellent. He followed up and got the job done much sooner than expected. His work is A1. He scraped, power washed and painted my deck. He did not try to upswell or rip me off. Worth the money. I?ll be calling him again for future projects.

Great experience. George responded to my initial request within minutes and committed to do the repair within a week. He called back within 2 days to do the job the next day and called 30 minutes before arrival. The team was careful and courteous and did a great job on both the repair and cleanup. George and his team were amazing! Our basement was flooded following the hurricane, and George made time to come out quickly to fix it. George was able to figure out the source of the issue right away. He explained each step of the process, and even went above-and-beyond to make the finished product look good (he replaced the door frame, so that everything matched!). He stands behind his work, and told us to contact him if the issue isn't 100% resolved. I'd happily hire George again for home repairs.

Worcester County Roofing and Home Improvement is price gouging!!! George did a quote over the phone with a few pictures. He said it would take 3-4 hours. He spent $30 on materials. The job was done in 45 minutes. A quality Professional would have updated his verbal quote when he found the job to be far less work than the pictures indicated. He never did supply a written quote If you plan to book a job with them I highly suggest an in-person estimate in writing. He did not have a copy of his insurance as requested. He DID NOT give a copy of his warranty.

"Michelle contacted me for an estimate she said she had a large exhaust fan on her roof that had been leaking into her house for quite some time and ruining her ceilings, she described the situation in full detail and then sent me several photographs of the roof, based on her information and photographs she provided I was able to provide an over-the-phone estimate to her and she said it was a lot cheaper than other estimates she had gotten and asked me when I could do the job and the sooner the better because the water was ruining her ceilings. Early morning the day I was going out there I contacted Michelle and let her know I was coming out she said she was working for she would have somebody there with a check to pay when the job was done when we arrived at the property I was greeted by somebody acting on her behalf who is going to make payment after I remove the shingles from around the exhaust fan remove the exhaust fan closed up the hole with Lumber added ice and water shield and reshingled where the opening had been after I had gotten down off of the roof cleaned up any debris and took down my equipment and loaded the truck the same person who greeted me when I arrive came out and complain that I was not there long enough stated I was there for 45 minutes when in fact I had been there for 2 hours and stated you only wanted to pay half the money and then he started requesting an insurance certificate a written quote after the fact which I would provide him but he still did not want to pay the amount owed and then started using derogatory language and accusing me of being a price Goucher do not think he knows the definition of a price gouger I provided Michelle top quality service and I did the job I was hired to do I find her comments derogatory, defamatory and slanderous calling me a price gouger when all's I did was provide her top quality service and did the job that she had requested."

Our back room had outside water damage from faulty installed siding. George and his men came the next day finding them on Home Adviser. Alot of work was done in two....on two hot days. They cleaned up well! Would recommend to anyone needing work done on their home. Excellent work!
