Jason came to the job site and was very personable but we had a lower bid on the roofing and went with the other contractor. Jason told us he also did drywall so he bid that job and was close to the other bids we had so we used him. He supposedly under bid the job and ran out of money so he couldn't put other workers on the job to finish. We found out that he wasn't paying his guys so they quit coming to the job and in the end he ran out of cash altogether. This left us with a job that wasn't finished and when we did our own price take off the numbers just didn't add up, there was plenty in the bid to finish the job. Thousands extra!!

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
took longer than expected to finish. He couldn't do all the work, had to find someone else to fix my bathtub. So I had to pay two people. Very nice guy though. I'm renting my house so I have no idea how it looks. Hopefully all is well whenever I get to go back home.

"There was a large crack in their fiberglass tub. I brought in a tub specialist to fix the crack before I could repair all the water damaged sheet rock. When completed the current tenant was very happy and relayed the same message to the owner."

It has been my experience that the craftsmanship in Sandpoint is disfunctional at best. I'm ALWAYS leary about having someone do work for me. I have FINALLY found someone that I can trust to do the work right. Jason I have already suggested you to several people who have the same opinion as me. I don't know if they will have anything, but at least they know who you are and where they can reach you. Thanks for the nice work on my kitchen. Rich Mays
