Very responsive, listened to my questions & concerns, explained exactly what & why something needed to be done, inspected what type of seedlings were getting stuck in gutters and investigated to see if pine needles were also in gutters. (They were not there- careful inspection of this aspect saved me $). After installation came and told me what had been done...When discussing proposals the workmanship & product quarantees were discussed. Work was done within days of my hiring WorkZ Contracting. Very satisfied with work performed, and all aspects of this business transaction/ contract.
