Friendly, and took the time to explain work. Was thorough in conducting maintenance checks.

World class did a great job.

They came out within 2 hours of the call, which was very nice. My A/C compressor had stopped working. They found out it was under warranty and took it to the supplier to exchange it and had my A/C up and running again that same night. The work performed was excellent and the speed of the service was excellent. The cost of labor was a little on the high side for a few hours of work, but this could be the norm for this kind of service. I was thinking the labor would have been around half of what I was charged, from when I researched it, but again the service was excellent and they responded to my call almost immediately.

World Class A/C did a very good job repairing my existing air conditioning system. Another contractor said it could not be repaired, so I appreciated the honesty of the technicians to repair my A/C instead of pushing me to buy a new system. Thanks Nelson and JJ!

World Class is the best A/C company that I have had in a long time, they were not only very friendly but they are very skilled and their prices are very good. They came out the same day that I called and even worked in the rain. I recommend World Class A/C to anyone that needs any kind of repairs or service.
