Larry called me. Gave me an honest run down. Popped by at my convince to look at the project. Walked me through it. Gave me a quote and then completed the project. Really was easy. Other companies wanted me to do steps for them. Larry just wanted to do it as easily as he could for me. Even offering to come on the weekend if I wanted him to.

Mr. Obrien scheduled 3 times and never showed up; he did not clean up after himself, not responding to any of the most recent communications. The description was to remove carpet from all the house, but he did only remove carpet from the dining room living room, and the carpet from the room he left in the hallway. I will suit all parties, involved

I needed to have my carpet and padding removed from one bedroom. They came at the time they said and began the work. It took them almost 3 hours to finish. Both men were kind and professional. They did a very good job of removing all the nails and staples. Very happy with the job they did. I will recommend them to anyone that needs this done in their home.

Highly recommend this company! The carpet was top rated and Larry beat the price we were quoted from any other company, including one with a sale price! His workers were SO nice and professional. They cleaned up after themselves, and even vacumed the carpet when done. That was a first!! I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to family & friends!!

Hire these guys now! The owner Larry O'Brien was very thorough and patient as we selected the carpet styles. Also, he was able to work within our budget by providing good, better, and best level of carpeting and installation costs. And to top it all off, he's got Dale as his sidekick. Larry was great to work with. He has great work ethic, arrived for the bid when he said he would and came back 2 days later first thing in the morning to complete the job. His was true to his estimate and left the carpet cleaner than it was before the repair work. I will hire World Class Floors again for my future carpet and flooring needs.
