Very polite, performed the work once at the house extremely quickly. Only negative, did not call when he said he would call or come when he said he would come. Said he would come Friday, didnâ t come til Monday, and didnâ t call to say he would be a day late.

Excellent service. Explained all of my options and was not pushy about any particular service. Appointment was not rescheduled despite the weather looking like it was taking a turn for the worse. Completed service on outside unit even after the sky opened up on him

As I was completing my call for help on the HomeAdvisor webb site near midnight on 5/3/2020,I selected Justin's World Class heating and cooling from their list, but before I was even finished he called me, asked what was the problem and stated he could be out the next day( his concern for our wellbeing was evident in his voice). When he arrived I found Justin to be personable and knowledgeable on all things AC. He educated my wife and I on things we never knew and was able to complete the repairs quickly. Our AC unit now is quitter and more efficient and Justin has earned a special place in our hearts for being the true professional that he is.
