Central Air Cleaner Service
Have used for many years. Very knowledgeable. Recently stopped showing up on time if at all. The owner asked for a deposit up front and still never showed up. Promises to be on the job or says he is actually on the way but still no show. Now he has my money and I run a charity. Will probably have to end up taking legal action at this point

They were very professional and quick to come to my home. I had to have a new part installed and there was something happening with it. They came right back out that evening and replaced it with another new one at no additional cost to me. Very friendly and efficient. I would recommend them to everyone.

Justin Richardson, of World Class Heating and Cooling sold me a Fujitsu heat/air unit in 2016. Installation was fine but when it had an issue I contacted him for service. The unit is still under warranty. He nor any of his employees ever came to check out the unit. Justin gave me excuses for not showing up, then said he would have to wait too long to get reimburse from the manufacture. He said he would call me; that was 4 weeks ago.. now he wont answer my calls. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

So, to keep from misleading future customers, We've been doing work for Gary for "10+ years", smooth as ice.. guessing he forgot to mention that?! Classic case here, the only time someone leaves a review is to layout how the stars don't align perfectly... I sent him photo evidence of my work van having a complete motor swap-out, and parts were back-ordered due to the pandemic. I'm sorry this transpired during the unit failing Gary, but was entirely out of my control!! To say? DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY? is 100% an unwarranted statement and borderline slander! thanks,"

As I was completing my call for help on the HomeAdvisor webb site near midnight on 5/3/2020,I selected Justin's World Class heating and cooling from their list, but before I was even finished he called me, asked what was the problem and stated he could be out the next day( his concern for our wellbeing was evident in his voice). When he arrived I found Justin to be personable and knowledgeable on all things AC. He educated my wife and I on things we never knew and was able to complete the repairs quickly. Our AC unit now is quitter and more efficient and Justin has earned a special place in our hearts for being the true professional that he is.

Justin and the crew at World Class Heating and Cooling were amazing! I had 2 A/C units and coils replaced, and the work was done without a hitch. From start to finish the crew explained, answered all questions, and ensured my satisfaction of their work. This company IS HONEST, has EXCELLENT prices for their work, and put the CUSTOMER FIRST. Justin and team from World Class were very professional, affordable, timely and beat our other quote by several hundred dollars. I had a 10 year warranty from the manufacturer that evening, which Justin registered for us after our installation that DAY. Start to finish, honest and excellent to work with! Highly recommended!
