This company can be summed up as unreliable, unprofessional and infuriating. They damaged more of our belongings than the sump pump flood. They made a huge mess in our entire house. They grinded the floor with a sander that didn't capture the dust, as they promised. They did not cover or protect anything. They didn’t tape off doors to the rest of the house, so our whole house was covered in thick dust--every single thing we own, even though they were only working in the basement. It was like someone dumped dustpans of dirt on everything. They said they could clean everything up in 6 hours. They didn’t and it’s taken us over 30 hours and we still have two rooms to do. They performed repairs they were not qualified for. And did a terrible job. The floor epoxy they applied had many missed areas . They touched up those areas with a color that doesn't match, and said, “it will dry to match.” It doesn’t. Wall panels don't align, corners are unfinished. The "finished" restorations are shoddy and unprofessional. They decided at the end they couldn't fix certain things and just left them half done. They took forever to finish with work, over 5 weeks. They didn't show up several times they were scheduled. And when they did show up, they worked as little as 2 or 4 hours. Oh yeah, and they broke the glass in one of our windows. They were unfazed and unapologetic to the damage and poor quality of work.
