Mike responded immediately and worked around my schedule. The problem was intermittent, so he kept in close contact with me to check on how the refrigerator was cooling during the diagnosis period. He repaired the unit quickly and for a very fair price. I would highly recommend this company!!

DO NOT USE HIM!!! He determined the fridge needed Freon but. I could not get him back out there for about 2 weeks. He was supposed to come on Saturday but he texted and said he couldn't get Freon on that day. You would think he should already have it. He would say he will be there at a certain time and then text and say it will be later. He said I could wait till Monday or he would give me my money, $125, back and I could call someone else. Needless to say it has been over a month, have not seen my money, he won't answer my texts or calls. His mailbox is full. Who can do business with a full mailbox??? DO NOT USE HIM!!!!

Mike did a good job replacing the handle on our microwave in spite of the poor design of the door which caused him more trouble than it should have. He was on time and called to let us know he was on his way.

Avoid this person. I got nothing from my money from him. He charged me and didn't fix my appliance. I would not recommend him!

"This elderly customer had a rather low $200 budget to repair an oven. Running the self clean feature on the oven put the unit in a fault, but it was still operating. Some parts were no longer available. I replaced the control board / clock PCB, after testing many other components, and to stay within her budget I sold her the PCB at my cost, saving her $75.00. I also, generously, only charged her for 1 hr of service even though I logged in over 3 hrs of service and 3 trips to her home. She waited over 40 days to contact me that it was still not working properly, and during that rather one sided phone call, she hung up on me before I could make any resolving offer. As anyone can see, some of my customers have left their opinions about my company and my service, and I am happy to encourage ALL of my customers from Home Advisor, Angie's List, or elsewhere, to leave a review for other potential customers to read."
