It is disappointing that the installation and salesman personality does not match the quality of service in their office. Their office staff is rude and left on hold for a long time. Personally I do not like that it seems that when I call it is an inconvenience and there is snippiness when trying to get a simple answer.

Very happy with them. After another LI contractor blew off my appointment, I contacted them and they have been super professional and thorough. One minor glitch, but they've since come back and worked on it and are monitoring the situation. A+ service!

system worked fine for 1 week but then broke down. World Wide said they can't get to it for atleast 4 days to fix. This is not protecting my home in the meantime.

Worldwide Security Systems was a very professional company. All the people I dealt with over the phone and in person were knowledgeable, nice and helpful. I was very satisfied with the installation and quality of the surveillance cameras, I am now hiring the company to come back this weekend to install cameras in my other house. I also like the fact I can view both homes from my IPhone.

Alarm or Security System Installation
Alarm was accidentally set off yesterday. I forgot the password when central monitoring called, so they sent the police promptly. I gave NYPD proper ID which proved I lived there and was who I said I was. One officer also remembered me (I used to work in their precinct as a civilian supervisor before I retired), so they were satisfied and left. The timing could have been better (It almost made me late for an appointment), but it was a good test of the alarm and the response of the company and police (great). I called the central monitoring office and straightened everything out. We will just make sure it doesn't happen again. It was inconvenient and embarrassing. No complaints, though. Company and police response were both excellent. False alarms are very undesireable, though. Company price was also very fair for our package. One small caveat. Minimum contract is 3 years, but this is only a minor quibble.

I am very satisfied with the alarm system that was installed by Worldwide Security. From the moment the sales representative came to my home to the moment the installer left, I felt the professionalism of the company, and they truly cared about my security. It is no wonder why they have been around for 30 years! Thank you Worldwide Security.

Alarm or Security System Installation
Jeff came by at the time that we'd agreed on and, despite the choas of me having to run back and forth with two contractors working in the house, he was very patient. His presentation was informative and he recommended that I not buy equipment that I did not absolutely need. On the day of installation, the gentleman was very professional and found inventive ways to install on older windows which had a prior alarm "wiring" system. At this point, I am very satisfied.

I was very disappointed in this company. I was told it would take 5 hours to install the system. The company sent one installer who started at 9:00 AM and finished atl 6:30PM. The installer promised to vacuum and clean up any mess that he made but instead left the job NOT cleaning any of his mes. He drilled in my coat closet & I asked him if I should remove the items before he drilled. He said no but after he left, I opened my coat closet to find all my coats and books covered in saw dust. He also left piles of sawdust in my front door and other areas he worked in. Too think my husband and I made this guy lunch! We should of let him starve!!

"It is evident in this review that the client was not at all dissatisfied with the installation of their alarm system,but was upset about the sawdust that was left behind when drilling a hole to get the wire from the panel to the keypad. Other than the keypad, the system is wireless and does not require drilling through walls. It is our policy to always clean up any sawdust or debris."

THEY TOOK ON A COMPLEX SECURITY ALARM CONVERSION THAT THREE OTHER COMPETITORS HAD TURNED DOWN AND FLAWLESSLY PERFORMED THE WORK FOR A RELATIVELY MODEST PRICE.
