Jeff is pleasant and well mannered. He is happy to answer questions. Some contractors never answer their phone and don't return your call. Jeff often answers his phone and if he can't, he usually returns your call. He did a good job in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. It took him less time to do the job than he had anticipated, so he offered to charge less than he had quoted me for the job. I plan on using him again for other projects.
