4 Corners Masonry

He was suppose to remove the shrubs from the Roots. He didn't answer he said that's not what they do but that's what I hired them for. He never completed the job but charged me full price. The shrubs came back an I had to hire someone to do the job over. Now 3 years later Angie is calling me to see if I want to resolve the complaint. I told them pay me $600 for the mess an re-do an I will resolve the complaint. So far I have heard nothing from the company, just like 3 years ago. Don't hire this company. They took my money an never finished the job.

After Justin from 4 Corners was done taking my money without finishing the job, stopping responding and eventually becoming hostile, I filed a complaint with Home Advisor/ Angi. Three years later (weird!) I was contacted by Home Advisor/ Angi to see if I wanted to remove my complaint. I said no and they asked if I was willing to speak with him and i agreed. Justin again just went in circles with me, agreeing to refund half of what I paid him, but insisting that I remove the complaint BEFORE he reimbursed me, which given my experience with him is unreasonable. then claiming he didn't agree to an amount (I have our whole conversation so that's a wild claim). This guy wasted a ton of my time, took money for a job he didn't complete + I wouldn't feel good about removing my complaint or review for any amount of money at this point. My advice - don't let him near your home or your messages.

Justin is extremely professional and very impressive for such a young man. He was the only person who responded to our request. He followed up, was great about communicating, and sent very helpful before and after pictures of a number of his jobs. When he came to look at what we would like to have done, he was obviously knowledgeable about products and procedures. All businesses should be run as well as Justin's business. Although I was forced to rate the quality of work in order to submit this review, the work has not yet been done.

Justin is the most professional , polite owner I have ever worked with.He responds immediately and he is excellent at communicating. He and his team went above and beyond my expectations for my yard. I will definitely be using his services in the future.

Justin was very professional, responsive, timely and very reasonable. It is very unusual for me to call someone to help with jobs. This experience was seamless. I will keep using them for snow removal service at my daughter’s home. I am very happy I explored this avenue. I would definitely recommend them!

I had nothing but positive experiences from the start dealing with Wright Brothers. Justin was very professional when calling and texting me, and he clearly explained everything about the process. My fence, house and driveway look very neat and clean. I would highly recommend this company for any power washing needs.
