The contractor was more interested in money than the task at hand.

drywall seams showing and not a good job around the windows. the windows are covered by a trim and do not show.

Deadline was met but quality and customer relations degraded by project end: (1) Did not provide itemized cost breakdown, as requested; (2) Did not completely tighten down a patio step and informed me after I�d received their $700 bill that they did their best; (3) Never returned for final inspection to remove painter�s tape or followed-up with touch-up paint to remove eyesores left after tenants had to remove tape; and (4) WI sent harassing emails regarding penalties if I did not pay bill by the following day. I�d recommend WI only to friends with time to scrutinize WI�s quality control process and no interest in repeat business relationship

Greg was very professional. He saw what was needed to get the job done and came back as stated with the necessary material and had the job done in 15 minutes. Price was what we expected to pay.

Greg came out the day I called him to look at my paint job. I thought he was a nice guy. We discussed details, square footage, and price. Greg followed up the next day with a written bid with the amount we discussed. I called him and we agreed he would start the next Wednesday. On Tuesday morning, I woke to find an email stating that he had made a mistake and he couldn't do it for that price. It would be another $2500. That is 125% more than he had agreed to verbally and in writing with one day notice before the work was to begin. He left us in a really bad spot. I'll leave you to draw your own conclusions as to whether to use him.
