Cliff was very accommodating, reworking his schedule for my service call. He identified and addressed numerous issues with the heat pump that could account for a tripped circuit breaker and got the A/C back up and running in short order. Unfortunately, all of these issues together hid the real problem and four days later the problem recurred. Cliff came back, at no additional cost, and was able to diagnose the real problem and make recommendations.

The business called me within 24 hours, followed up on the appointment time, showed up as scheduled, and was able to fix the problem in under 2 hours. Mr. Wright explained what was wrong with the furnace, showed me the defective part, and showed me the new part before installing it. I would recommend/call back this company.
