They install a $14,000 system and when I call for help, there is nobody there and the phone mailbox is full. Do NOT hire these guys as the business was sold to a fly by night company, so I repeat, buyer beware.

They promised three years of service but when you call to get that scheduled, they say it is going to take two months to get someone out to do it. Two reps including a **manager** named Jennifer were extremely rude. Completely unacceptable! Run, do not walk away.

Wright Total Indoor comfort was professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. Their follow up is excellent also. We hired their in house electrician Vossen Electric to do the electrical updates for our AC addition and they were excellent also!
